Executive briefing

Monday, 14 September 2026. 14 September 2026. First non-demo publishing day: seven ReliefWeb items from WHO, IOM, FAO, WFP and UNHCR were read on the source pages and written as attributed briefs. They describe southern health access, Ghat flood needs, eastern cereal stress, border-route shifts, May market prices, Sudanese arrival estimates, and a May protest near UNHCR in Tripoli. No official CBL or NOC table was attached, so currency and infrastructure rows are not updated from these notes.

IOM assessment: late-May flash floods in Ghat displaced residents and knocked out municipal wells

IOM DTM's Rapid Needs Assessment, posted on ReliefWeb on 22 June 2026, attributed late-May 2026 flash floods in Ghat municipality to heavy rain and listed shelter, food, water, WASH, health and NFI needs. Figures are IOM's, from five key-informant interviews on 2 June, not a government census.
